To help you get your answers quickly, I’ve compiled a list of some of the most popular questions I’ve received from clients, accompanied by thorough answers. Can’t find what you’re looking for? WHAT ARE YOUR FEES? DO YOUR AGENCY ACCEPT INSURANCE?

The initial intake session is $195; each individual session that follows is $175 for 60 minutes; $145 for 45 minutes. Group sessions are $70 per session (60 minutes); 1x per week for 10 weeks. Family Therapy is $185 per session for 60 minutes; $155 for 45 minutes. Couples Counseling is $185 per session for 60 minutes; $155 for 45 minutes. Any additional fees for reports, court fees, etc. are outlined in our practices and policies, which are provided during intake.

We accept the following insurances(INN): Optum/United Behavioral Health; Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield; Cigna/Evernorth; and Aetna. We do provide out of network superbills.

WHAT IS COUNSELING?

Counseling is the process by which a licensed professional assists and guides an individual in exploring, identifying, and resolving personal, social, and/or psychological issues/concerns.

CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?

IS ONLINE THERAPY AN OPTION?

Yes, telehealth is the current option for services. We are not providing services in-person at this time.
